Our client is a Digital & IT Company Located in the City of Antwerp, Belgium.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll prepare, draw up and manage the budget for the Client, keeping a close eye on both investment and operational finances, and reporting back to the partner network.

You’ll help shape and update the multi-annual financial plan, making sure it’s translated into clear and accurate cash flow and budget planning.

You'll activate budgets based on real business cases and make sure the financial breakdown is spot on.

You'll manage key budget data in SAP (like budget codes, WBS elements, allocation keys) and support the transition to a new SAP system starting in 2025.

You’ll create management reports that give clear insights into the financial health of projects and overall costs, and help improve how we report and plan budgets.

Working closely with product and account managers, you'll run financial simulations, analyse cost trends and calculate projections for future projects. You'll advise them on budgets and business cases and encourage a results-driven mindset.

You'll help the Client develop its use of performance metrics and ensure budget management is transparent and easy to understand.

With regular checks, reports and touchpoints with account managers and finance contacts, you’ll help keep our financial processes solid and our communication around budgets clear.

What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Degree-level thinking (Master’s level preferred)

Excel expert — ideally also familiar with Power BI and SAP4H
