✍️ Your responsibilities:
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will:
- Deliver critical insights and correct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Take full global P&L responsibility across multiple regions and market segments.
- Optimize financial performance and manage working capital.
- Manage and Evaluate investments.
- Lead Budgeting, closing and forecasting.
- Work in a dynamic, international environment with a collaborative mindset.
💪 Your Talents:
- 8+ years of experience in business controlling or financial business partnering.
- Proven track record in delivering strategic financial insights, driving business transformation, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
- Experience in fast-paced, complex production environments.
- Proactive and Collaborative mindset.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
- Experience with SAP 4/H is a plus.
